Appliances

All our cottages our available for rental fully “equipped”

• Bedding for all beds and pull-out bed in the living room;
• Plates, pots and pans, cutlery, toaster, coffee machine (filters included), paper towels, dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar, tissues, body soap and towels (changed upon request);
• Outdoor furniture;
• Wood stove in all cottages (one full wood box provided from September to May, except for the cottage L'Artisan which is provided ecologics logs);
• Micro-waves;
• Outdoor fire place (except Astral, Le Champêtre, Le Maritime and  the cottage #10);
• Small stereo and DVD player;
• Wi-Fi (a password is required);
• Television with cable;
• Eight of our cottages are furnished with a two-person bath;
• La Suite is furnished with a whirlpool bath; it has a kitchenette for simple cooking, not a full kitchen as in all the cottages.

Arrival and departure

• The day of your arrival, your cottage is available around 15h00. The day of your departure, we request you to depart before 12h00.
• The balance is payable upon your arrival and non-refundable.  
• Our office is open between 9h00 and 18h00 every day. If you are planning a late arrival, please let us know ahead so that we can better organize your arrival.

Reservations

• A minimum of a two-nights stay is requested to book with us. For long week ends (Easter, Victoria day and Thanksgiving), the minimum stay is increased to 3 nights.
• One-night booking will occasionally be accepted if such an availability exists in between two reservations, or within 2 days of arrival date, if the availability allows it.

Deposit

• Depending on the length of your stay, a deposit varying between $50.00 and$100.00 will be required for all reservations. It can be issued with a cheque, credit card or money order.
• As soon as the deposit is received, a reservation confirmation will be issued and sent to you through regular post or e-mail. To err is human, so please verify the information it contains are accurate.
• For cancellation :
• If cancellation occurs more than 6 months ahead arrival date, deposit is entirely refunded.
• Between 6 months and 15 days ahead arrival date, a $25.00 service fee will be retained and the remainder will be refunded.
• If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of arrival date, deposit in non refundable.

Internet

• Our wireless internet network provides internet access in all our units.

St. Lawrence River access

• A trail has been constructed to link the top of the bluff where the cottages are situated and the River shores.

Smokers

• Since January 1^st, 2010, all our units are non-smoking.

Pets

• Pets are allowed in units #01, #03, the Maritime, the Nordet and the Suite only.
• Pets should remain under the supervision of their masters, which are expected to clean up after their pets.

Noise pollution

• The activities have to stop at 11pm. All the day and night long, the noise or the music audible by the occupants of the other cottages are not tolarated.

$ 200.00 extra fees will be charged if failure to respect either of the above 2 conditions occurs (pets and smokers).
